Manuela Thaler
Professional Coach and Management Consultant
Manuela Thaler received a master’s degree in law from the University of Vienna and holds a doctorate in law which she earned with distinction. She started her professional career as an in-house lawyer for a Technology Startup. Subsequently, she was appointed General Counsel for a major publishing group in Vienna. She served in this role for multiple years until she relocated to New York.
During her time in the United States, Manuela worked as an Associate at an internationally operating law firm in Manhattan. Furthermore, she successfully completed a management certificate at NYU (New York University) and embarked on a new career in the banking and investment services industry where she was in charge of large, multinational technology projects and programs. This led to her appointment to Director of Alternative Investment Solutions in New York and Dublin where she deepened her management experience in a global market environment.
Subsequent to the completion of her coaching trainings at the Academy of Systemic Coaching and Management Consulting (ASO) in Vienna as well as The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in London, Manuela started her own coaching and consulting business in 2013 based in Vienna, Austria. Her passion is in working with Executives, Managers and Entrepreneurs and she is focused on developing the full potential of her clients.
In addition to her coaching and consulting practice, Manuela lectures business law at the Ferdinand Porsche Fern FH Vienna and Wr. Neustadt. She is also author of different legal articles and published a book – together with a co-author – in the field of admission of pharmaceuticals and complementary medicine.
Manuela lives in Vienna, is married and the mother of twin boys.
